We do this through operating a carer charter, undertaking regular quality assurance visits and quality control spot checks to ensure our clients receive care and support equivalent to care industry best practice. 

 

Our passionate and dedicated staff strive to deliver a high-quality service always. Our team have a wealth of experience, undergo a rigorous recruitment process and receive ongoing training to ensure that high professional standards are achieved and maintained. 

 

All of our clients receive a tailored bespoke care plan which takes into consideration their needs and wishes. We match our clients to our care givers according to experience, background and interests; ensuring clients are as comfortable as possible when receiving care from us at Habitat Homecare. Clients will receive a service questionnaire to record views and experiences as part of Habitat Homecare’s quality assurance program. Care plans are continually reviewed and amended to adapt to individual’s changing personal needs and care requirements.
