We are delighted to announce that our Habitat Heroes for October – ‘Carer of the Month’ goes to Susan Wilks & Trudie Williams.
Both Susan & Trudie are incredibly passionate about being a carer. Susan & Trudie were new to the sector before joining the Habitat Homecare Team. They display all the relevant behaviours and competencies needed to be “Amazing Carers’.
They are hard-working and always put their clients’ needs and requirements ahead of their own, in supporting them to meet their required outcomes.
Both Susan & Trudie can deal with every situation they face, have risen to the challenges of the last 18 months & thrive on the satisfaction the job gives them.
