What areas do you cover for this service?
We primarily cover Swansea. Do ask us though as we may have trained staff in your area.
How often can you visit?
Prescription collections are arranged in line with the individual’s needs and prescribed medication schedule. This may include regular collections, such as weekly or monthly, as well as additional visits where required. All arrangements are tailored to support changing needs and routines.
Are there any limits on what you can collect or dispense?
We collect prescribed medication from a nominated pharmacy in accordance with the prescription issued by a qualified healthcare professional. All medication support is provided in line with current regulations and best practice. We do not amend prescriptions or dispense medication beyond what has been clinically authorised.
