The carers are very professional and sensitive to my needs and will "go the extra mile" .  I very soon built up a trusting relationship with them.

I was very unsure what to expect when my husband needed carers after a long stay in hospital . It is so reassuring to know that when they arrive I can take a back seat and know he is in such capable, good,caring and professionals hands.  They have also helped me personally when I have needed some extra support.

We receive companionship and personal care service for my uncle. The carers are lovely and have become extended family. They are caring and very thoughtful. We used the services for a care package for dad. I found the carers to be professional, punctual, but more importantly, so kind to my dad. There was a lot of work on each visit, which was handled well, but also my dad was treated like a person, not a number. All the staff went above and beyond - it often took longer to settle Dad, and he was never left until happy. One carer came early especially, to help me with Dad for hospital transport - I could not have coped that day on my own - the staff even talked to me and helped me during a difficult time. My dad is no longer at home, but I can still ring the office for invaluable advice regarding dad. Highly recommended!

I live abroad and other members of my Mums family also live far from her home. During this difficult time with the coronavirus, it has been very reassuring for our family to know that our Mum is receiving excellent home care. Excellent very reliable service provider. Any adjustments that have had to be implemented have been done so in a timely and professional manner. All staff have been extremely accommodating, friendly, patient and kind with my mum who has late-stage Alzheimer's and at times can be difficult. All covid guidelines adhered to. I would recommend Habitat Homecare to anyone looking for a caring and efficient service provider.

Home Care Team were very professional in their care of my mother, but above all, despite the difficulties, they were very caring and compassionate. We, as a family, could not have wished for better support as they cared for us as well. All the carers arrived on time and were extremely courteous. They all had the necessary PPE.

I am so happy with my sitter who comes to sit with my dad. He tells me that they have lovely conversations and that gives me peace of mind when I go out for 3 hours once a fortnight.
