We are delighted to share the exciting news Habitat Homecare has launched its Day Centre!
The Habitat Hub opened its doors this week, offering a friendly, welcoming environment, focused on the individuals needs and interests. Aiming to reduce isolation and loneliness in our local community. The Hub is initially open 2 days a week from 10am-4pm.
We have received some fantastic feedback:
“It’s just lovely to sit and have company over a meal…….. I don’t normally see anyone”.
“Now that I’m no longer able to drive I’ve lost my independence, so I don’t get out”.
“Thoroughly enjoyed it, would love to come back again. I prefer it to my other Day Centre…… “I liked the interaction and found everyone was nice, looking forward to coming back”.
